Due to the current circumstances, we are unable to offer parents and children a visit to look around the School. However if you would like to virtually meet with Mrs Gratton, Assistant Head Teacher, please forward your email address to: and we can arrange for a suitable date/time. Places are available for September 2021 Reception intake.

Key School Information
All children in Reception are entitled to a school meal each day without payment. This is part of Universal Free School Meals and different to Free School Meals.
You could also be entitled to register for Free School Meals. Please click here to find out more information. We would encourage you to register if eligible as during the COVID 19 Pandemic weekly food vouchers were available and sent to parents at home.

The School Day
The average school day comprises of a learning period between 8.50am - 11.50am, in which there is a break-time and time for a fruit snack. Lunch is approximately 11.50am - 1.00pm with the afternoon learning session finishing at 3.05pm for collection.

Reporting Absence from School
If your child is absent from school it is very important to let the school office know before 8.25am on the morning of the absence. This is to confirm that your child is safe. Being part of your child's learning journey is vitally important. We actively encourage parents/carers to contribute evidence towards children's progress against the Early Learning Goals. The system for this will be shared in September.
Phonics/Reading Workshops for parents/carers are carried out over the year. Supporting your child at home with reading is key to a child's success with reading.
Termly opportunity to discuss your child's progress with the class teacher.
We welcome parents/carers to share any concerns or questions they have as soon as they arise with the class teacher.
