Nursery had fun baking this week, the children enjoyed the cookies so we thought we'd share the recipe with everyone!
White chocolate 1 bar
Raspberries 1 pack
50g sugar
170g plain flour
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla flavouring
100g butter/ margarine
Crush the Chocolate and raspberries together, add the remaining ingredients
Mix together into a dough
Roll out in a floured surface
Cut with cookie cutters
Bake in a pre heated oven @ 150, until golden.
