PE Coach HLTA

Permanent - Term Time

We are looking for a passionate and personable PE Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our school. This position is full time and would be supporting mainly PE but would be expected to help in all areas of school life.

The ideal candidate will be energetic and creative and be able to motivate and inspire pupils and spark a love for learning.

The role is to teach PE with a broad range of abilities across KS1 and KS2 as well as some additional 1:1 support as a HLTA when required. Teaching Assistants will be supporting within the class to help students engage in lessons and to manage any behavioural issues to ensure lessons run smoothly and students make progress.

Meal Time Assistant

We are seeking to appoint a reliable and committed Meal Time Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team at Newport Community School Primary Academy. 

We are looking for candidates with a strong, sensitive and caring approach to meeting the needs of our children, they will need to be flexible with the ability to think on their feet.

Cleaner

Permanent - Term Time

 

We are seeking to appoint a reliable and committed cleaner to join our friendly and dedicated premises team to start as soon as possible.

We are looking for a Cleaner who has:

  • the ability to communicate and follow instruction;

  • previous experience within a cleaning role;

  • knowledge of COSHH and general Health and Safety, including manual handling and working at height;

  • high standards of cleanliness;

  • the ability to manage workload and prioritise work;

  • a positive outlook and good sense of humour.

Teaching Assistants

1 Permanent Position

1 Fixed Term- Position (1st March 2023 -31st August 2023)

 

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our experienced, committed team to provide support and quality learning experiences for our children.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to support learning and nurture children's wellbeing.  Deployment will depend on the applicant's previous skills, strengths and qualifications.

This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
