Reception Parts of Plants

This week in Reception we have been learning about the different parts of a plant and what they do. As part of our learning, we have completed an investigation where we have observed how the stem of a plant helps to transport water to different parts. We placed flowers and celery in coloured water and observed them over time. Have a look at our photos and you will see what happened.
