Year 3 Active Planet

To start off our new topic, Active Planet, year 3 made 3D structures using marshmallows and spaghetti and created a town at the foot of a volcano. We learnt about the benefits of living near a volcano but unfortunately our volcano erupted. Luckily, most of our buildings survived the lava flow and ash cloud that was created.
