Year 5 River Taw Walk

Last week, Year 5 went out on a local walk to the River Taw. They enjoyed a picnic lunch in Rock Park and then walked along the pathway next to the River Taw. Year 5 were challenged to spot features which we have been learning about in class. Their route led them to the Iron Bridge which gave them a fantastic view of the river where they were able to draw a Geographical sketch map to show the human and physical features of the river.
