This week, Year 6 became Members of Parliament and imagined they were making decisions in The House of Commons during 1939. After looking at a range of historical sources, Year 6 had to decide whether Britain should declare war with Germany after they had discovered that Germany had invaded Poland. We heard some fantastic reasoning and it was easy to imagine how some of our year sixes could become MPs!
