Reception have been learning about bees and have been writing their own version of the three little pigs- the three little bees. So it was perfect that they managed to find a bumble bee nest on the school field during their Go Wild time!

The children have made sure the bees are protected and have written warning signs.

The children have researched and found that bumble bee nest are quite rare to find and that they are not aggressive. The school is making sure the bees (and the children) are kept safe.
