Reception Special Visitors

Reception have invited lots of visitors in for our topic 'Toys' to help us to understand how real people inspire play. We have read the story of Traction Man this week and thought about What do heroes look like in real life? What equipment do they need?  Today we had a visit from Andy who is an officer in the Navy and a Mountain Rescue volunteer. He talked to us about his jobs and how he helps people. We were very excited when he showed us his medals and let us try on his equipment! We asked him lots of questions!
