Reception St John's Church Visit

As part of our learning about 'Which places are special and why?' Reception visited St John's Church this morning. Reverend Selina and her team talked about the church and why this is a special place for Christians. We took part in an active retelling of 'Jesus Calms the Storm', learned about communion and baptism, decorated wooden hearts with our own ideas of what is special and joined in with some singing.
