Stanley Sherlock - Environmental Researched

As part of their geography exploration, Year 6 and Year 4 received an exciting visit from a past Newport student, Stanley Sherlock,  who is now an environmental researcher! He shared his fascinating experiences and his knowledge of climate change with the children. They were also shown exciting equipment which had been used by Stanley in his field research: ice axe, ice screws; glacier glasses and screw gate carabiners to name a few.
