10 of our year 6 pupils visited Pathfields School on Wednesday 18th June to take part in the Carnegie Award Shadowing event. The children created art and a PowerPoint presentation based on the book The Invisible Story, written by Jamie Gamboa, which they delivered in front of the other schools. The children also enjoyed listening to the presentations from the other schools. Despite The Invisible Story being chosen by the pupils at Pathfields as their favourite book, this was not the winner of the Carnegie Award- Clever Crow, illustrated by Olivia Lomenech Gill and written by Chris Butterfield was the winner of the Carnegie Award.
