Year 2 Riverside Walk

As part of their exploration, From Barum to Barnstaple, year 2 went on a riverside walk to investigate the geographical features of Barnstaple. The children looked carefully at the iron bridge, the long bridge and the Taw bridge and thought about the materials that were used to build these as well as considering the different purposes for these bridges and how this has changed over time.
