Year 5 Fairy Houses

On Wednesday, year 5 were set the task of building some stable shelters for the Newport fairies in the Go Wild! Our new topic in D&T focuses on building structures and year 5 had to consider what the key purposes of a shelter was and which type of shelter was the most effective. Year 5 showed great collaboration whilst completing their fairy shelters, working together successfully to create some fantastic structures! We think the Newport fairies would be pretty pleased with their new shelters!
