Year 6 Week of Experiences

Year 6 have had an exciting week of experiences: not only have they already had the opportunity to taste a science lesson at Park Community school, but they have been to Barnstaple Museum to look at an art exhibition inspired by a 'Wartime Childhood' as part of their exploration into 'World War II: The Home Front.' Year 6 discovered what war time experiences Clive Cobb referred to in order to inspire his art and explored the other exhibits in the museum to inspire them as at the end of the term, they will be creating their own museum about World War II for the school to visit.
